With your pre-approval in hand, I’ll set up a personalized search so you see new listings the moment they hit the market. From Apollo Beach and Ruskin to Riverview, Wimauma, and across Tampa Bay, I’ll guide you through neighborhoods and help you compare homes that fit your lifestyle.

3. Making a Competitive Offer
When you’ve found the home you love, I’ll prepare a strong, strategic offer and explain all the terms clearly. From price negotiations to contingencies, I’ll ensure you feel confident in every decision.

 

4. Under Contract & Due Diligence
Once your offer is accepted, we’ll move into inspections, appraisal, and paperwork. I’ll manage timelines, negotiate repairs, and work closely with your lender and title company so nothing slips through the cracks.

 

5. Closing & Keys in Hand
We’ll do a final walkthrough to make sure everything is as agreed, then it’s off to the closing table. Once the paperwork is signed and keys are in your hand—you’re officially a homeowner!
